We’ll need your and your pet’s details to register with our clinics. This should not take longer than 2 minutes to complete.
What happens after I have registered?
As soon as you’ve registered we get straight to work so that your pet can get the treatment they need as quickly as possible.
Recent changes in regulation mean that “Maintenance” cases no longer require authorisation from a Veterinary Surgeon. We do however still make an effort to contact your vet to get full clinical history and be fully informed about your dog’s previous health matters. Please register with us using the form below.
In the meantime you’ll receive access to our online portal (please check your emails) and you can provisionally book a consultation. Otherwise, don’t worry, as soon as your paperwork is back we’ll contact you to book a consultation.
Can my pet immediately start treatment?
Once we have your pet’s registration paperwork completed then treatment can commence.
Our MSK consultation process allows us to provide you with an absolutely bespoke preventative health care plan for your pet, give you exercises and home care advice for your pet and answer any questions you have about the ongoing care of your dog.
Every single pet is different and this is a critical step to ensuring that the care we provide delivers results – you are more than a number to us – we care about outcomes.
